Here at Neitzel Consulting, we are dedicated to you and all your different accounting needs.  We specialize in tax services, but can directly or indirectly provide almost all of your financial needs. 

The principles Tom & Kathy Neitzel are seasoned  tax professionals (30+ years).  Both have MBA degrees, Kathy is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS, and Tom is a RTRP.  Enrolled Agents are America's Tax Experts and highly equipped to advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements. Unlike the attorney and CPA, all Enrolled Agents specialize in taxation and Kathy is one of those experts the tax preparation industry looks to for management, supervision and advice.

Tom & Kathy have remote offices in Bradenton, FL, and Shawano, WI, but have clients all over the United States and even a few overseas.

Fax, Email, or Cloud Exchange

Electronically exchanging documents and information is highly preferred with most of our clients and allows us to respond to your service needs much faster.  We have implemented a secure vault and client portal through "SmartVault" for bank-level secure exchange of documents.  Once we send you an invitation and you set up your personal password, you always then have access to your documents (PDF), past and present including past tax returns, just by going to neitzel.smartvault.com.  

We also have a vfax number (see contact info) providing an electronic fax solution to be able to send/receive faxes securely anywhere you are. 

Mail - USPS, FedEx, and UPS

Sending us copies of your tax documents, payroll information, accounting registers, etc. still works just fine as well.  However we do prefer and recommend using our secure portal service (SmartVault); it's free and the most secure for document exchange today.
